All qualified SLPs who have been working on a full-time basis for a minimum of 2 years can
now apply for a licence to practice with the Council for Professions Complimentary to Medicine
by completing the application form below. Further to the application, below one can find a link
to more information. The application with the necessary documentation, is to be posted to the following
